We are using Acuity the same way as last year.  It’s a bit more work to set up, but then you’re all set for the year!  Below I’ll walk you through the steps to register, if you have any questions please call or email, my number is 413-695-0659. Please contact me if you make a mistake/need to change something so that I can help. If you cancel a class it will send you ~40 emails canceling each individual week.  

Step 1 - Choose the classes you’d like to register for, double check the level requirements, it is common for students to spend 1-3 years in the same level because there is so much content.  Classes start Monday, Sept 8th. The calendar is attached again if you need to see specific dates.

Step 2 - Scroll down to select your subscription. Select how many classes your child plans to take/week, 1, 2, or 3.  Students must be in at least 1 other class if they are taking Level 3 (or speak to Nicole about options).  Follow the prompts to complete the payment.  (Reach out to Nicole if you’d like to apply for a scholarship, you’ll receive a unique link).  You’ll be brought to the Confirmation page that says Order Receipt.


Step 3 - From the Order Receipt, you’ll see a unique code for your subscription, you can use this code when you register for your classes.  OR - from this page select Schedule (in blue, hyperlinks you to the classes) and it will automatically apply the subscription code.

Step 4 - Select the first class you want to sign up for.  If you are signing up for multiple classes you’ll need to do each one separately.  Check out with one class, you won’t need to enter CC info again.  You’ll get a confirmation page for the specific class, with the option to add to your ical or google calendar at the bottom.  If you are signing up for another class, there is an option at the top left to “schedule another appointment”, repeat the same procedure.

The first payment will be taken as soon as you subscribe and apply to the September classes. Beginning in October the payment will be withdrawn each month through May.  You’ll get an automated email before the amount is withdrawn.  You are welcome to change classes or cancel early but please give us 2 weeks notice.
