Duo Flow - Saturday, Feb 14, 1-2:30
This class will explore duo shapes and sequences on a variety of apparati. Open to beginner and advanced sequences, bring a friend or partner for this special Valentine’s Day class! Taught by Hattie and Jacob. $50/pair
Low-Lyra Pathways - Saturday, Feb 21, 1-2:30
Come play on super low hoops. We will explore how different weight feels closer to the ground, and get up above the hoop into some span set movement as well. Open to beginners and advanced. With Jacob
Spin Conditioning -Saturdays, Feb 28, 1-2:30
Want to train your spins? This workshop will focus on spin technique and tolerance. We will learn and work on a few different ways to initiate spins, how to control them, and how to get into the apparatus while spinning. Open to beginners and above-we will work on Lyra and sling. I recommend bringing a ginger snack of your preference, and eating at least an hour before. With Jacob
